Seis is a mobile bank for the 44 million native Spanish speakers living in the US.
Our mission is to build the most delightful, full-service banking experience for anyone who wants to bank in their native Spanish. We’ll offer all financial products you’d expect from a full-service bank (mortgages, auto loans, investing, etc.), starting with a checking account & debit card.
Our goal is to make such an amazing banking experience that people will wish they spoke Spanish so they could bank with us. We’ll treat Spanish speakers as first class citizens & end dial 2 for español.
We’ve raised $4.75 million from Album and some of the biggest investors in fintech, including Immad Akhund (CEO/Founder Mercury), Austen Allred (CEO/Founder Lambda School), Deepak Chhugani (CEO/Founder Nuvo Cargo), Dan Romero (Coinbase), Elad Gil, Shrug Capital, Andrea Ibanez and many others.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming video calls, phone calls, live chats, and emails to help customers make a deposit, explain a transaction, show them how to use the Seis banking app, or whatever else they might need.
- Provide above and beyond – WOW! - service, while helping customers with their banking needs & questions. Our goal is to make every Seis customer interaction the best & most memorable moment of their day.
- Explain banking minutia to our customers in a way that’s easy to understand while not making them feel talked down to.

Who you are and what you’re about
- A bilingual, native Spanish speaker (the only 100% non-negotiable on this list)
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish.
- Inspired by delivering amazing customer service - you live to bring a smile of delight and comfort to other human beings
- Self-motivated, confident, and ready to go!
- Familiarity with banking terms & concepts. You don’t have to be an expert, but you should know the basics to start.
